Himmler and another signature?

Hi...
the first one is a suggestion for promotion (I hope my english is good enough) for a major of the schutzpolizei to lieutenant-colonel.
It's definetely the original signature of Himmler.
I also have a suggestion for promotion with Himmler's signature so I can tell you it's authentic.

By the way...some better close-up pictures would be great.

The second document is a receipt for delivering a suitcase from the Reichsführer SS to the Reichsführer SS.
