Hitler Autograph, Need Help, Please

I got this from my Grandmother. She said my Grandfather got it from a bartender in Munich in the early 70,s. It is on a piece of paper measuring 5.5" x 2.5".

This appears to be a cut from a postcard...not an original signature...The writing is explained in German on the bottom of the paper...
