Do you think a person signs a signature the some way every time, ( identical ) cant be done, it can be near to the other but not the same. But that doesnt make it a forgery.

I'm very much aware of the intricacies of signatures and the similarities, including the impossibility of signing an autograph in an identical manner. Apart from the signature in your example, there are a number of discrepancies in the composition of the letter which make it a glaring forgery. Any experienced historian, autograph dealer or collector will immediately identify the faults.
