Hitler stationary?

These items are from the same lot as the Himmler signed document that was just posted. There is an envelope and a note card. I don't know much about the stationary. I see that a set similar to this just sold on Brent's Antiques Inc. The care measures around 3"X 6" and the envelope 4" X 6". Anybody seen these before? Authentic? If so where would they have been used? Thank you for any info.
