I've not seen one of these, but then I'm not a document/book collector. It looks like a nice item, though. Plenty of good practice reading Fraktur.

Don't know about the speech. All i can say is there is written Würtzburg-Germany on the cover in handwriting. Can't really find this book on google.

Apparently one of a series of speeches "Young Germany wants work and peace" or something to that effect.
