Thank you for sharing this unusual piece. It is an occupied Czechoslovakian era (also known as the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia / Protektorat Böhmen und Mähren) poster produced during the air war against Britain. Note the anti-semitic touch - not only Winston Churchill but also the Jewish bankers, running for cover as the German bombs fall - and also the large "V" (Victory), often used by the German propaganda machine on postal markings etc.
Always interesting to see propaganda posters.
