Apart from the document's design as such being incorrect, this is garbage cobbled together by idiot fakers who clearly don't speak German:

Under "birthplace" it says "Hessen", which is a state, not a city. They entered the month "Nov." in a space that is to be used for the place where the respective document was made out. It says "Unterschrift der" when it should be "Unterschrift des", the "ö" in "Ausstellungsbehörde" misses the Umlaut dots etc.

One thing that jumped right out at me, and this is a rule worth remembering: Fakers love the "long s" and use it everywhere, but it was actually not used as the last letter of a word or syllable, where the "short s" is correct. It's "Deutsches", not "Deutscheſ" (and the same error appears in two other places, as well).

Well, at first glimpse looked reasonable but once that gut feeling kicks in, then that's it.
Was not sure 100%. The stamp also looked odd to me.
One needs to have seen hundreds of documents to "train" the eye...
