This is post 1945 made,
Award Cert
fantastic calligraphy or penmanship.
Wide ranging service
framed
15X12 inches
gold color accents
out of frame show honest wear, folds ect but show well
back side is a blank example of the cert

My translation, its not my best but I tried

I think this is def post war as there are no swastikas visable. The doc says his last unit of service, is there anyway to work back and find any further info. I am not a kriegs marine expert, any help would be awesome.
