From what I am able to read this is Hauptwachtmeister Helmut Bechte from Wolfenbuettel, married to Else Bechte, attended anti-aircraft artillery school in March'41...seems to have spent quite a bit of time on leave between 1940-43 (Erholungsurlaub, Heimaturlaub) recovering...I can't see what he was recovering from, however...Thanks for showing, perhaps other members can harvest more information from these photos than I can...

His rank is Hauptwachtmeister (Senior NCO, Master Sergeant)...I don't see the decorations page in your photos...
