    I'd say this is a desirable item as it's an early document (1934), when Bormann was still Rudolf Hess' subordinate...

    Well, the Sanders Autograph Price Guide lists Bormann's signature at $383.00 and up, depending on the document...Personally, I believe it's an acceptable price as Bormann items are high on the scarcity/desirability scale...Just my 2 cents worth, lol...

    I still always suggest checking here and doing research before buying...even an honest person can have a repro among his wares now and then...
