Maybe someone recognizes a familiar face in these Wehrmacht officers?

Got this photo as a part from a bigger lot not that long time ago.
I knwo it's hard mission, but maybe someone can help me out & recognize any familiar faces in these Wehrmacht officers?

I can't ID them, but the man on the right isn't German.

All I can say is that the Heer officer on the left (hard to tell rank) is a Gebirgsjaeger. You can just make out the patch on his right arm. NH

Neil, that's correct, the officer on the left is wearing Gebirgsjäger patch.
I tried to make a better quality picture, maybe it could be more helpful.

No, he couldn't. He doesn't look like Frick (just slightly similiar) and he's not wearing a German uniform.
