original 1939 German poster - but what is it all abouit?

good morning, this is an original German poster, printed in Munich in September 1939. At the bottom of the main script it says 'Adolf Hitler 30 Juli 1932 ...' It measures 9.25 x 14 inches.

Any ideas what it is all about?

Its Wochenspruch, they were printed weekly by the NSDAP with various quotations and such like, propaganda, I have several myself, they are quite common

if anyone wants any let me know, I would let them go
