Is there a way to locate a list of the SD stationed in Oslo? various departmental heads?
I am trying to identify the individual who signed this passport...

Also, I should think the Washington DC Holocaust Museum research people also have resources in this direction.

and we have Scandinavian persons here who specialize in this material who can identify themselves.

There is also a large and excellent secondary research literature in German from the Ludwigsburg center/ Uni Stuttgart on the Gestapo, SD, Sipo, etc. with treatments of the conquered Axis lands, as well.

See here and learn all. I have tried to buy all of these, and they ain't cheap, either.
