Please help !! Rare german school book - hitler youth?

Hello,
I have the opportunity to buy this rare German School Book.
I found it at an estate sale and the seller is asking $175.
I have no idea of value on it and I would like to make an offer.
I also do not know exactly what it is.
It appears to me to be a book which teaches children how to write their letters in cursive.
It has some photos inside including one of Hitler.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Way, WAY too expensive...3rd Reich Era School-books are easily obtained priced well below $50 on German Ebay.de and at sites such as JanssenMilitaria, Viktor Gross and others...

All I can tell you is that the title translates as:

"German Youth
A German homeland primer for town and country
4th edition

I don't think there is a direct Hitler Youth connection.

My colleagues are wise and generous. I think the book is over priced, too. Look at Zentralverzeichnis antiquarischer Buecher und ABE etc.
You can easily price books, indeed.

Remove the "1" and you'd be getting closer to the actual value. So many people think that Anything with "Nazi" or a Swastika on it is worth an enormous fortune. It's ridiculous...
