Please help - "WWII Arbeitsbuch für Auslander" question

First of all, hello everyone (this is my first post )
I would like to ask for some help:
A few months ago, I've obtained a German workbook in perfect condition with stamps, signatures and personal infos from 1944-1945 march. (Its owner was Hungarian (from todays Vojvodina) and worked in St. Pölten).
I've been thinking on selling it for a fair price, but I don't know what counts as a "fair price" when it comes to these (I've saw prices from 28$ to 280$).
So, the question is: how much are these worth on average?

I would guess about $40. Sadly they don't make a lot of money. But they are good affordable items.
