That is exactly fake. I know personally who made that papers, that is mid of 1990's made in Ukraina, there no problems with runes, due of the paper made using original Olympia typewrighter. That doc has early stamping of SS Art Standarte, and made on a piece of paper using the old book's first untitled page...

Wow that is great info! I paid very little for it so it doesnt bother me that it is a fake. Were there many more of such things made by the same person?

I think a lot of awards papers etc, but all of them with that kind of stamp
