It is a nice document but in this case it isn't anything special with regards to who it is made out to. My German is limited but I think it is being awarded to a teacher on his retirement (hopefully a fluent German speaking member can help out with a proper translation) and while I can't work out who the signature in the bottom right belongs to I don't think it is any of the major 'personalities', so value wise I will stick with the $120-170 I mentioned previously, maybe a little more as it still has the folder with the gilt eagle.

My Grand father got this when he was at the 1936 Olpimpics and I still have it. What do you know about it?
