    Looks like that. "Food Card" is the rough translation and the persons name, place of residence and street + the words 'non-transferable' and the period of validity ( 25th Sept - 22nd October 1939 )

    I see this is from the Mannheim suburb of Neckarau...I grew up nearby, and my german grandfather was from Mannheim. My german grandmother worked in the Mannheim Armaments Industry making communications wire...I grew up with the stories of the air-raids on Mannheim as well, and I appreciate you sharing this piece of Heimatfront History...

    As the others said, a food ration card ("Lebensmittelkarte" also called "Lebensmittelbezugskarte") from 1939 for a female civil person "Hilde Weinhold" from 68199 Mannheim-Neckarau. Street: Belfortstraße 49 (this adress still exist).
