If anyone would care to share addresses with me via PM, I'd sure appreciate it. Any correspondence I'd make with veterans would be brief, cordial, and thankful. Thanks in advance!

Hello Paul,
Here you have the pictures of mr.Duiker you requested:
George and his crew on a T34 ( George on the right )
George shooting a scoped K98
George at a field shift
Meeting with SS-Obersturmbahnfuhrer Kiss ( George 3rd from the right with his hand in the air )
George after his exam, promoted to SS-Standartenjunker
George as a SS-Standartenoberjunker
George on the ski's in Sankt Anton
George during his time at SS-Junkerschule Tolz
George during his recovering ''holiday'' 1942
Heavily packed long distance marches at Heuberg
George after the war.
There is only 3 years between these 2 pictures, so you can clearly see how the war has aged him!
George his brother Wim Duiker, died at the age of only 18 on the 6th of january 1943 at Simowniki.
These photos are the most interesting ones there are in the book. To answer your other questions i will have to check the book again since it has been quite a while ago since i have read it.
Kind regards,
Nice stuff guys.
there was a few I was surprise not to see.
