    Sadly not all in the photo are RKT , i only recognise Gunter Halm , Ludwig Bauer , Eberhard Heder ( Waffen SS Senior ) and Erwin Kressmann.

    Here is an interesting one
    Helmut Vögtle
    Kommandeur II. / Gebirgsjäger-Regiment 99 / 1.Gebirgs-Division
    Awarded on June 1st, 1945 General der Infanterie Schubert, there is not actual wartime photo of Vogtle wearing the award however both Vogtle and Schubert did confirm the award was actually given.

    Good to know Paul, another "grey area recipient". Just on the subject Paul was Sepp Allerberger a confirmed RKT or another "supposed" recipient ?

    I sent him a letter some months ago but because he lives in Africa it take a very long time to get and return from there if he is still replying.
