Very Very sad new, Artur and I shared letters every few months since i first wrote to him the first time in 2012 with Pauls help.
This is a very sad moment.
Also there is news that Hellmut von Leipzig passed away on the 24th on this month.
This is very sad news after hearing from him only 2 weeks ago.
Also those who had written Franz Schmid DKiG and CCC winner should know he has also passed this month.
God bless all those remain and god rest over those who have passed from our world

Hello everybody. This is my first contact and is to confirm the death on October 24th Hellmuth von Leipzig.
I received a letter from him on 10 October. From his new residence, next to Windhek, after leaving his beloved farm a few months ago. He sent me two signed photos and a warm greeting.
Rest in peace.
Sad indeed.

I was about to send him a letter after Morris had received a reply from him this month.

As additional information, I can say that the letter was sent on September 16th and was written by the hand of the wife of Hellmut. I still do not know how I have to do to upload photos, please be patient with me.
