some help with German hand writing...

Some sections here are not clear to me, this is old fashioned hand writing...
Any ideas?

The occupation given is Schüler [= pupil, student].

His address is given as Kammerhof UR, Flüchtlingslager [= refugee camp] in the district of St. Pölten, province of N.Ö. [= Niederösterreich, i.e. Lower Austria].

The entry at the bottom starts with the word "gutständig". This is an archaic term which I must admit I am unfamiliar with, but I would assume it to refer to the original place of residence: Gutständig angeblich nach [= allegedly gutständig from] Sosnowice Gow. Peterko.

(No idea what the "UR" and "Gow." mean.)
