I can now see that I uploaded entirely the wrong document scan this morning I should have posted the letter below with my request

I see... Here we go. It translates as:

To: All agencies, directorate offices and duty stations
RE: Political activity of officials

According to § 8 of the national postulates for the acceptance, appointment and promotion of national- and state officials of 14 Oct. 36 (National Law Roll I pg. 893) - Pers V I pg. 156 - only those officials can be promoted who, apart from the other prerequisites and considering their previous politicial convictions, fully warrant and have proven after 30 Jan. 33 that they relentlessly stand up for and effectively represent the National Socialist state at all times. During the war in particular, ample oppurtunities arise for this, as numerous political leaders of the NSDAP, block wardens of the NSV etc. have been called up for military service. Thus, it is the officials' duty to fill these gaps. We expect those who are presently neither active in the Party nor its affiliated organisations or formations to immediately make contact with these agencies and to offer up their services insofar as this can be reconciled with their work for the National Railways in any way. We ask the heads of the duty stations to influence the officials in the aforementioned sense and to exhort them to take over a volunteer funtion within the Party.
