i think the issue is it literally looks like it is in at least 3 pieces which that would have to be fixed at a high cost and in a postive light i have never seen one before so very interesting

it looks like a newspaper - i would mount it and frame it.
It would cost probably close to a couple of hundred dollars just to have it restored by a professional paper conservationist...
