It is a document commemorating Erhard Wiedrich's 3rd place win in the 5th District War Championship held in Oederan (a town in Saxony) during the Day of the Sports shooting match and Volkfest, Beer fight division, on 19 June 1938. Why it was called a Kriegs Bezirksmeisterschaft a year before the war, I have not a clue. Dwight
