    Default L1A2 Bayonet

    Hello all,

One of my favourite bayonets. An Australian (Lithgow) made L1A2 Bayonet.

This one I have had for a while and it has seen some use, but still presents well. Although a deadly bade, the grip and pommel are under 10 cm long (94 mm) so this weapon would, perhaps, feel a tad too compact in large hands. This example came with an extra scabbard and frog, one set is painted black.. for parades?

    Cheers

I really like the look of these bayonets. I remember only about 5 years ago you could pick them up for around $120AUD. Now they are closer to $200.
