Been taking my mind off things and really have made a huge mess in the "ugly room" and I rediscovered this set! Not totally sure it's VN period but here goes-- (note the British design with the grab straps ex pixie suit) and it really has that lovely aroma (should try and make a buck bottling it!)

    Hi Rene,
Nice , would be around 80's Id say with those zips & tag behind collar .
I will put some pics up of a 60's Pixie suit I picked up last year. Complete with hood.
Label is inside the Cuff Dated 64 and Hood is labelled 68 , came together in a good Large size 5 .
I bought it for my mate in Italy and sent it to him to wear driving around his restored willy's jeep as It looks the part !
    Cheers Rick

Lovely example Rick, Cheers for showing Mate.
Also I discovered I have another one in the pile and that one has an '80's tag on it so I believe you'd be correct Mate.

No worries , thought you would like it .
My mate loves it , it looks similar to a WW2 type and the green sort of goes with his jeep , but he doesn't use the hood.
Just a US Wool beanie , so at least he looks the part
It's also a full winter spec one and weighs a ton , very heavy and hot so that explains the lack of use .
Im 6'2" and if fitted me fine.
Its great to find things that are not midget sized
I paid a good $ for it , but still half of what the owner wanted initially .
Got also this at the same time.
    Cheers Rick
