Are these items original

The Soviet medal is for the "Victory Over Germany in the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945." I believe it is authentic, and it appears to have it's original WWII era vintage suspension (these were commonly replaced once they wore out/ became damaged/ the ribbons got dirty). However, I fear that you paid too much for it. About 15,000,000 of them were produced... and they are not particularly rare or expensive.

I agree with Jerry on the EK I. The markings on the screwback are found on Polish made fakes.
The medal looks like it could be OK, but please post clear pics of it in the relevant section for better opinions.

Items that look too new are a first sign of walking away for me. I pick them up and examine them, always, but that's a first sign for me.

As Adrian has pointed out " Newness " is not the best way to make an assessment on originality , you need to learn the things that make it a correct item or not as the case may be !!

Ok,thx all of you for bombadment in my collection i have afake deutches erwacht pocket knife(gold) and an original ek2 ek in a rare blue-gray paper box..will post photos,and a original 5 reichsmark coin,still i think that the russian medal is very original but for the ek1 i new it's fake but still...it was cheap so the matchboxes looked really old and i thought what the hell and bought them too!Yea i am new to the forum but an old ww2 explorer,I'am from CROATIA so as part of the AXIS in CROATIA there is good old storyes just as old thinkg like german,partizan or ustase's bunkers an thing's,my grandpa who is 83 is still alive and still lives in Jasenovac(where the ex-camp was) so i now things,my father's grandpa was an cro-ss in ww2 but that all i now about thim,photos will come!!

Today i'am starting with a magnet fishing and i a couple of month' ill try to buy a metal detector so my life will be much more fun but there is a problem in a CROATIAN terrran and field are a lot of leftovers ftom the Cro-Serbian war!!!
