I would have thought that a repro would be 'spiced' up more with SS and Swaztikas on it. The fact that it isn't covered with them makes me believe it is original ( after all they were a 'gift' from the slavs )
looks good WOLCHOV SHTOCK
Can't see a problem with this one Evgeni , it looks a good period stock !!

Thought shall be the harder , heart the keener,
Courage the greater as our strength faileth.
Here lies our leader ,in the dust of his greatness.
Who leaves him now , be damned forever.
We who are old now shall not leave this Battle,
But lie at his feet , in the dust with our leader

Thanks a lot for the comments! Will get that one
Looks good to mee too but... I have not ever heard that there are repro Wolchow stocks on the market but if You will have a lot of time, wood and knife... I belive after 3-4 years it is already impossible to say what is original and what is not.
One of the reasons I love trench art is that prices are still low and there are no such people any more who have enought skills to fake a cigarette case or Wolchow stock for 5-10 euros. Making a good item takes several days. So I'm pretty sure this item is real. But - never say never!
Awesome stick! Ive always wanted one of these. I looked around on some dealers sites for one and they are fetching some decent money
