2 X Breadbag

Been digging around in some of my old footlockers and came up with these two M31 Breadbags The one on the left is a gray color and the one on the right a grayish/Green - The flash dosent help reflecting the true colors.
Both are maker marked and dated, one is missing a "D" ring but both in nice condition.
I think that the gray colored one may be Luftwaffe? Really not into field gear so some expert eyes would really help.

yes one luftwaffe bag and one heer bag, both appear to have aluminum fittings? early made if so, too bad about the missing ring, but still look good
