Antenna base?
Dear All,
Today I found this item near to a trench. Is it an antenna base from a vehicle? The upper part is 110mm long and the diameter is 35mm. The black inner part is not metal at all, it seems to me very hard rubber or bakelite.

No, the German vehicle antenna bases were 24 or 15 mm diameter.
