Anyone seen these before?

I bought these several years ago. I have never been able to verify that they are what I was told they were. The units did exist Pre-45 so I would assume they are authentic. Anybody that can give me info on them I would appreciate it. If you don't know, just for fun, take a guess! Pretty simple german to read.

I will give another clue. They were very common and people still use this service today.

I would guess labels for clothing bins.

Good Guess Radonovan. I haven't verified yet, but I was told that the soldier would have two of these, leave one with the laundry and then take one. These are for a jacket and hat. When the soldier returned for his laundry, he would show his to the wash lady to get his stuff back. These three were issued to Jagerregiment 50, of Army Group Center on the Eastern front. Jager 50 was completed destroyed when it was surrounded at Ostrovno in June of 1944. If anyone else has anymore info or has some of these, it would be great to see them. Thanks! Jay

Jay these could be from Infanterie Regt 50 part of 3 ID and then 111 ID as oppsed to Jager Regt 50 , on dog tags and documents commonly the German lettering for I was shown as J .
