    I have a wooden box--about 3' by 14" high by 8" wide....painted black with a hinged top. My Dad brought it back from WW2...he used it as a case for a valve trombone. I think he said it was some kind of German ammo box. On the top in white letters it says "beleuchtensgerat." Does anyone know what this is?
