Over the last week or so I have been going through a number of boxes and cupboards sorting out bits and pieces that need to go to make room for items I really want.... anything to do with the Channel Islands during the Occupation, such as soldbuch, wehrpass, photo's, documents etc. I have just finished sorting the items I found, and thought that the assembled items made a quite good display on thier own. For those with sharp eyes, I know the smoke grenade is a bad one
Its amazing what we amass as collectors, and its only when you sit down and sort it out you realise how out of control the hobby can become. As with anything there are highs and lows, at the moment I feel I have made some progress in getting things sorted. Maybe once the next step is completed my wife can have the lounge back!!!
