The item was rather cheap, but it's hard to comment about the authenticity of the camo job with these photos. The carrying strap looks postwar Bundeswehr...hope the set was not bought as "untouched" since the war...

To be honest, I think the wear to the camo paint looks a bit contrived and artificial?
But it was cheap.

Can seems to be an original but I belive it is overpainted. Can You please make some close up pics in daylight?
Did they use spray paint in WW2, or something like it to paint camo? It looks to be with spray paint. I always thought they used old paint cans to do the camo in the field.
