this came with a round coin like disc that had numbers all around around and it and Torped Overslag written on it.

Well my guess it is something you are supposed to use on the wound/bitemark if you are bitten by an tropical insect.
Please do correct me if i am wrong you others out there with access to their librarys.

I think the disc is Dutch, the word "overslag" is Dutch for transport or trans-shipment etc!...

what would it have been attached to. it came from the same person as the other items i.e coins stamps broken first class merit cross watch swastika necklace Hindenburg cross ss sleeve eagle an Egyptian statue and 2 Egyptian boxes.

Just a wild guess but maybe a blanking plate for the fuze on artillery shells while in transit?...
