The ad sale is in french and says that the wooden box is meant to contain two 12,8 cm casing for the Pak44 cannon mounted on the Jagdtiger. If i'm not mistaking the Jagdtiger was the only serial produced vehicle that used this cannon.
If markings on the lid are real, it is what he says it is...
