Here's a linky to a similar medical pouch that I answered a question about somewhile back. What I didn't mention at the time was that these items often turn up in the States and here in the U.K. these days as back then they were popular with allied soldiers who 'liberated' them for the use of holding their shaving kit and sundry toilletries.

What a coincidence ... I also use the "88" Patronenkasten and Patronenkasten 900 to store my stuff .....
Is that small container with blue label a Tierentgiftungsbüchse ?? (or Pferdeentgiftungsbüchse)
