Looks like a standard run of the mill gas mask/can.
You don't show any markings on the mask or can, but the filter is dated 39.

By the way, I found this on ebay for about $100ish, in case you were curious. Compared to other masks I've seen, it looked like a decent price. This was definitely an impulse buy for sure...
a civilian issue no problems.
