A bit late. This is indeed a Dutch breadbag. The capitals CM stand for Centraal Magazijn (Central Warehouse) They kept proofed and handed out the equipment.

Thanks Emile! If I got it well, this type of breadbag was never in use? It wasn't issued? Sorry if I'm wrong.
Hello Schachbrett,
This is a late model breadbag. It was used extensively by the dutch.
Cheers,
Emile
Oh! Thanks again!
Is there many other dutch equipment or field gear in Netherlands or other countries?
Hello Schachbrett,
Try this link for a discription of Dutch equipment from the 1939-1940 era. It is in Dutch and not for sale but it is very interesting!
Het Nederlandse leger 1939-1940: mobilisatie en meidagen
go to: uniform & uitrusting
click on the figure and the item of equipment, to see further details.

Cheers,
Emile
