Engine-generator

Good morning everybody,

I would like to ask you, the experts, if you could, please, tell me if these things can be from ww2 Engine-generator. They were found on the field on battle and the initial hint was that it would be coming from ww2 Engine-generator. Given that I am not very familiar with how the parts of the ww2 Engine-Generator should look like, I would like to kindly ask you for the confirmation or rejection of the initial information.

The size of the plate is 14,5 cm x 16 cm.

First item looks somewhat like a kickstarter, or a clutch foothandle, so it could be from a motorcycle engine.

But that is just a guess.... i have no idea.

The first part could be potentially from BMW R71 or Dnepr M72. But I am not sure if the kick starter, as it seems to me to be a little bit short

Second item looks like a heat sink of some kind that has been flattened out. Again, a pure stab in the dark!
