world war 2 russian grenade pouch from what I have read, it is an item that german army used as it help them specific goodies like grenades.
My first question of course would be, how old are you now
I still remember those days when I was 11 myself.... things could be bought for a fraction of what it costs now.... My first german helmet (M40) was 25 guilders( aprox 11 euro)... of course it came with the original liner, string and chin strap... my first bread bag with strap cost 3,50 guilders (1,50 euro) and I could go on and on......
I'm 50 years now.....
btw, did you buy this all at once, or throughout the year you were 11

This was all snagged in one lot. I think we all get one or two shots at something really special or at a great price during our collecting carreers.

I also remember the time when i was 11 yrs old.....pfffff....so much stuff for so little money....the problem when you have 11 is that you don't have money....

Like Jphilip, in the 60's there was in Paris one seller, every week, he was in Normandy and found a lot of items, I bought to him my first mauser for 50 ff!
He had FG 42, but I don't know this weapon...

Russian grenade pouch. Germans picked them up and used that as gear because the pocket configuration was good for their grenades or at least that's what I have hear, all came as part of the set
