    I would say that it appears to be a period piece from these images.

    Value is always subjective, but I'd pay around $100 if I wanted one. Party flags are easy to find.

    They used to call these large roundel flags vehicle flags and would always say that they were flown on a tank, etc. In some cases, it may well have been true, of course, but it's not like they marked each flag to where they wanted to fly it from. It's a nice flag with no damage and impressive in appearance. If you could get it for a couple of hundred dollars, you would not be doing too badly.
