Default Found Vintage Binoculars in River

Hello guys. I moved my post from another thread as it seems more appropriate. I have found a pair of binoculars that are small 3.5x From my research they appear to be Goers/Zeiss, however there are absolutely no markings other than "Fema" with the "3 1/2 x" below it. They are individual focus adjust per lens, not center adjust. Once of the casing pieces is missing on the light input end which I think is where it would say "Dienstglas" if the casing piece was there. I'm fairly certain they are military and hoping pre-WWI. I have been trying to identify these for a few days now and have found more info in this thread than all of my past 72 hrs of searching combined. Can any of you help me identify them so we can get correct info on them plz? I have posted pics below as well to help. Any help finding out exactly what brand / model / era these are and an approximate value, or info I can take to have them appraised with would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all.

They are missing the eye cups.
I can't tell you anything else.
    Sorry.

I would think these are too small with not enough power to be military,
but they may have been pressed into service. I would also say
they were possibly made between the wars..........

Like an idiot, once I passed up a pair of beautiful 6X30's for $35 at an
Antique Mall. At that time, I had no idea that 'dienstglas' meant
    they were German military issue.........

With individual eye focus these should be military issue. Center focus was commonly for civilian use - although some were issued when military binoculars were in short supply. NH
