German brotbeutel without strap

Hello
I found this old brotbeutel
It is not in so good conditon and the strap is missing
I am not know from which decade it was maybe WW1?
It was repaired with a piece of cloth
It is not stamped

I am thankful for all comments and Ideas from which decade it was used

Appears TR era. That's a rough one for sure. Possibly even used in immediate post-war era of scarcity in Germany.
