German BUSCH PRISMA-BINOCLE D.R.G.M. Binoculars w/case

Here are my German BUSCH PRISMA-BINOCLE D.R.G.M. Binoculars with case (which seen better days).
Can anybody id the period when they were made ? I know the DRGM marking was used from early 1900s till early 1950s.

I have them also listed in classifieds for sale or trade since they don't field into my collection.

That would also be my idea; judging by the inscription!
I might even think it isn't military.
