    Mate, I can't say for sure what it is but I went to Belgium a good 10 to 15 years ago and saw several being sold as artillery gun sights. From memory the ones I saw were light grey with one or two red rings painted on them and all were in a their own wooden box.

    What could be its value ?

    Deutsche Reich Patent, for a value just google you will find alot the same for sale
