It's he Valenki for soldier, the officer boot's are leather and felt.
I have seen on the net those, who are describe like "german esartz boots"

Maybe just private made winter boots? Never seen such boots before but Germans ordered winterboots from the local makers in 1941-42 in Ostfront.

I'm really baffled why winter boots would be hobnailed, the nails would transmit the cold through the soles of the boots pretty damned quick!..

All the shoes of the "Alpenjager", "alpini", Gebirsjaegger, and "Chasseurs Alpins" are hobnailed. the nails do not cross the sole, which also cold.

Not wehrmacht issue. If your looking for originals, beware of postwar boots that look like originals.
For these i would say Russain origin
