As far as the legal side of things go I don`t know but what I do know is that the bit I`m talking about has been untouched since 1945/46. I can imagine with all the U boat crewmen and that that there might some pretty good things to find.
I know a lot of German servicemen had a lot of personal and issued items dumped and buried.

That is for certain.
Kriegsmarine stuff commands a small fortune also. I would imagine old military schematics would show the where abouts of old dump locations and outhouses.
