Probably part of a vehicle or gun mount etc, I can't help further I'm afraid. The markings 'Los and Fest' mean 'loose and fixed/set', roughly.

It is made by Rheinmetall.

It has an FL number...Which tells me it's Luftwaffe-related...

Yes, it is all gibberish. In the original document "Fl 352" is not mentioned.
